Our parcels of Bordeaux Supérieur are a continuation of those in Montagne Saint Emilion. The vineyard is around 35 years old. The vines cover 3.80 hectares. This is a gourmet wine, a wine for pleasure.
Grape varieties: 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc
Mechanical harvest
Vinification: 3 to 4 weeks in temperature-controlled concrete vats
Ageing: 12 months in concrete vats
Age of vineyard: 35 years
