Decanter World Wine Awards

The Decanter World Wine Awards is a renowned worldwide wine competition organized by the British magazine Decanter since 2004. Their aim is to assess the quality of wines from around the world through blind tasting by experts in the field. Each wine is scored and evaluated according to criteria such as visual appearance, aroma, taste, balance and complexity.

We have won several medals:
– Modius by Bedrenne 2018: score of 91 – Silver Medal
– Modius by Bedrenne 2019: score of 90 – Silver Medal
– Modius by Bedrenne 2020: score of 91 – Silver Medal
– Château La Croix de la Chenevelle 2020 : score of 90 – Silver Medal

Guide Gilbert et Gaillard Vin

The Guide Gilbert et Gaillard Vin is a wine industry-recognized tasting guide, offering detailed information on wines from around the world. The guide is compiled by expert tasters, and is based on a specific grading grid such as visual appearance, aromas, structure, balance and length on the palate.

We have won several medals for the 2018 vintage:
– Modius by Bedrenne: 90/100 – Gold Medal
– Château La Croix de la Chenevelle: 88/100 – Gold Medal
– Château La Croix de Nault: 88/100 – Gold Medal
– Cuvée Halictus: 86/100 – Silver Medal

The Guide Dussert-Gerber Vin is a reference work devoted to the world of wine, published annually since 1985. It showcases wines from different French wine-growing regions, and provides readers with detailed information on individual wineries.

Guide Hachette des Vins

The Hachette Wine Guide is a reference guide to French wines published every year. It is compiled by a committee of expert tasters. The best-rated wines are awarded stars. It is a reference work devoted to the world of wine. It highlights wines from different French wine-growing regions, and provides readers with detailed information about the wineries.

We have been awarded several stars:
– Château La Croix de la Chenevelle: 1 star – 2018
– Modius by Bedrenne: 1 star – 2019

Trophées Bordeaux Vignerons Engagés

The Trophées Bordeaux des Vignerons Engagés is a competition that highlights the 100 winegrowers who stand out for their commitment to sustainable development and responsible viticulture. The competition rewards wine professionals who adopt practices that respect the environment, biodiversity, and social and economic responsibility.

The jury of experts assesses participating winegrowers on their implementation of organic viticulture, water management, preservation of biodiversity, reduction of chemical inputs, energy conservation, waste management and socially responsible practices.

Once again this year, we have been selected as one of the 15 Bordeaux winemakers to receive this award.
